The guy who does these videos  became a good friend of mine when I was there in 09 as an intern and who I still keep in touch with now. He was such a lovely man and spent a lot of time telling me stories and things like that. He’d been an actor in the Czech Republic at one stage and done a lot of famous plays and work both there and some in Washington where he was working for Voice of America (had been there 20 years) doing Russian and Czech.

I remember following him in for an interview one day, one of my first days there and he started talking in Czech (it was to Michael Frolik i think) and i was like OH NOT IN ENGLISH!!! and had to scamper off.

In honor of David Krejci’s awesomeness lets all just watch this video of him speaking in Czech and wish we could understand him.

MMMMMMMMMMMMMM CZECH. Also first thing I noticed about this video is “Jurcina <3333” on the “text your message” scrolly thing!!!!!! JUICY!

Also there’s another interview by the same guy with Vlado where he says David and Zdeno’s names soooo nicely. I have to find that now brb. So sad that I know this but that’s ok.
